What to include
Department or school licensing
Include your school name, your role, and an estimate of how many staff would use it. I'll come back to you with pricing and a deployment guide.
Technical support
Include your Windows version, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and any error message you saw. Screenshots always help.
Mark scheme converter
The Converter page has a form for submitting your mark scheme — that's the quickest route. You'll get a converted file back by email.
